Honest opinion of my life experience with some seething cunt named Samera Habib  of The Dadvocates.  Both times we met my family attended.  Prior to the first meeting we talked briefly over the phone they asked for me to upload an RFO that i prepared which was 23,000 word RFO, he was overwhelmed and needed it shortened.  So i put in another 8 hours reducing it to the absolute bare minimum around 8,000 words.  We met initially, they said they would take the case and we explained the entire case in detail and where we were at now.  He told us he would work on the vexatious litigant part first and file an immediate RFO for visiting my son, albeit he did say it would most likely have to be monitored.  He then said we would….after some time get you more time.  Then we can work on the mother’s lack of integrity and willful breaking of the court orders set in place to protect my son from a known and wanted sex offender.   They sounded like he had fight and was completely sounding on board.  We signed immediately after this meeting.  At second meeting he switches the ball game 360 degrees and says we should work on getting your parents their grand parent time and you can see your son this way.  We said sounds illegal, and we filed a joiner once already, is that what you are talking about? They said yes has their been any significant changes, we said yes their is court testimony by opposing council, minor council, and mother that the sex offender has moved out of the house of my son but we have evidence from  licensed private eyes that this is a lie and we have photos of this Sex offender so yes lets work on my grand parents time anyway they were a significant part of Michael’s life and need their time, but what about me?  then he sends my parents emails almost $10,000 later blaming us for not telling this 80 year old attorney that we did do this once before.  We got offended and upset and the waste of time and he quit   Now Samera Habib  of The Dadvocates send me an email if i don’t take down this review he will fuck me really good  ! wow! this is not a review site honey! this is a privately owned website that i chose to leave an honest recollection of the my dealings with your law firm.

My review of my personal experience with the  Dadvocates PC Family law attorney lawyers.  Personally if you care about your child and your hard earned money run like the hill to a better law firm than the dadvocates.  The dadvocates get this honest review on my personal blog  express my life experience on a blog i own.  This is for you to learn about the distrustful scum that works family law.  They bill high produce use 17,000+ researching a case they were given all the information and RFO work pre finished by us, they switched focus to a grandparent RFO where they burned through 1000’s of $$$$$$ just to accuse us of not telling them about a joiner they had done in the past. although they were given all the transcripts, are required to do due diligence, research was billed at close to $17,000 with all that research even if you overlook the transcripts and orders we gave you, which you did, you would have known this in your research. PLUS WE TOLD YOU IN YOU OFFICE. you are negligent law firm and your business will die. go be a waitress to be you could be a dumb waiter because you are a woman. bad joke funny pun

My advice is Stay away from the Dadvocates PC Family Law Attorneys if you love you children

She is also not a licensed attorney in California as of this writing yet signs the contract and plays your lawyer includes free threats to your visitation and seeing your child again.  The Dadvocates is run by a psychopathic unempathetic mentally traumatized woman

this lady immigrated to the United States, specifically to Los Angeles, California, in January 1991 shortly after turning nine years old she lost her dad before the age of 9 she has no concept of the value of a dad, do not be fooled. she had no experience before the age of 9.  That’s why she is identically vindictive like the mothers of my son who also lost her father at the age of 5

lets see a woman hurting a man. wait she’s middle eastern too, they hate how men treat them, this may be a way to get back at all men, especially a western man.  so far from the way she fucked me and stole my money refuses to send me my file and threatens me and my fatherhood while harassing me after I distinctly said DO NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE, she must not know CALIFORNIA LAW PC 653,  annoying and harassing phone calls to a residence and harassing my elderly 82 year old father in poor health with her annoying threatening calls to his residence which is where i live and i told her dont contact us anymore since she severed her relationship with us due to JOEL fucking dropping the ball with my parents RFO and Samera of the Dadvocates never doing mine against my signed contract (shes only a colorado attorney yet she signed my contract, took my money and worked on my case. Samera Habib yet she ate my entire retainer up and then some.  Samera Habib is a shark who threatens her clients and staff read glassdoor.com she has billed in excess of $20,000 and still retains $4000+ of my retainer and not doing his due dillegence and billing us for investigating and research of a case i gave all the info and court papers to yet he still blamed us for not telling him about a previous joiner which we did, he could have read the file we provided, he could have gotten the files himself, he could have read these files, he just an washed up attorney working for a CUNT.  just an opinion of her actions
